Created in 2011, Flexmind is a consulting company providing ERP and CRM IT services promoting flexibility and agility. It recently moved into new 270 m2 premises located on Boulevard des Capucines in Paris.
The objective of the concept imagined by the agency Inspirit was to create an identifying universe specific to the DNA of Flexmind allowing to develop the brand image of the company, to establish its service strategy “Premium” in BtoB and to improve the company’s employer brand to encourage the engagement of its current employees and the attractiveness of new quality consultants.
In this working environment, you will be able to discover a co-working space intended for temporary consultants, who mixes neo-industrial and design codes. Different seat heights are available to offer everyone the possibility of choosing their work position according to their needs or desires.
Employees can also find themselves in the friendly kitchen, a real relaxation room where the lunch table can be transformed into a ping-pong table, in order to decompress but also to strengthen the links between the teams.
The latter also have space available for express meetings, informal meetings or brainstorming space, and for telephone discussions.
Finally, a hybrid and flexible workspace is nestled in offices, allowing collective work, stand up meetings or, on the contrary, isolation for more concentration. In this place, a real plant wall and trompe-l’oeil wallpaper were installed for Biophilia codes bringing warmth, serenity and rejuvenation. To discover in pictures.
