Renovated Macmillan Publishing Office
Macmillan Publishers’ new New York office was designed by TPG Architecture. The goal of this bureau was to design the design of the premises with an area of 16 444 sq.m. located in the building of the 1 New York Plaza business center. The result is a brand new open-plan office that can accommodate around 1,000 people and provide excellent meeting and conference facilities.

Stunning view from the window
The design process was divided into three stages. The first involved research and analysis of a recently completed London building and developed design standards. The second stage was a written survey of employees of all departments of the organization. Finally, the third consisted of personal interviews with key decision makers. Based on all the findings, TPG applied new layout standards for each location.
